1. Safe and Comfortable Travel

Your puppy’s safety and comfort are our top priorities. We only use certified pet transportation services that specialize in live animal handling. Every puppy travels in a climate-controlled cabin (never cargo), with proper ventilation, food, water, and frequent care checks throughout the journey.

For longer distances, we arrange air transport with trusted partners or ground delivery for nearby regions — whichever option best ensures your puppy’s comfort and safety.

2. Preparation Before Shipping

Before your puppy leaves our care, he or she will:

• Receive a final vet check-up and health certificate issued by a licensed veterinarian.

• Be vaccinated, dewormed, and microchipped (if applicable).

• Be bathed, groomed, and provided with travel supplies such as soft bedding and comfort items.

We’ll also provide you with a copy of your puppy’s medical records, feeding instructions, and care guide to help you prepare for your new companion’s arrival.

3. Delivery Timing

Once your final payment is received and your puppy is cleared for travel, shipping is typically arranged within 3–7 business days depending on your location and flight availability.
You’ll receive a tracking number and updates throughout the journey so you can monitor your puppy’s progress until arrival.

4. Pickup Option

If you prefer, you are always welcome to pick up your puppy directly from our home or designated location. We love meeting new puppy parents in person and are happy to schedule a convenient pickup time.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees vary based on distance, airline policies, and delivery method. We’ll provide a final quote once we confirm your location and travel arrangements. Rest assured, we only charge what the carrier charges — no extra or hidden fees.

6. After Arrival

We kindly ask that you take your puppy to a licensed veterinarian within 48 hours of arrival for a general check-up. This helps ensure your puppy continues to thrive and verifies their health upon delivery.
