We guarantee that your puppy will be in good health and free from contagious diseases or parasites at the time of delivery or pickup.

2. 72-Hour Initial Health Guarantee

We ask that all new owners have their puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours (3 days) of arrival.
If your vet finds a major health concern or contagious illness within this period, please contact us immediately with a written report from your veterinarian.

If the condition is verified, you will have the option of:

• Returning the puppy for a full refund, or

• Receiving a replacement puppy of equal value (subject to availability).

This guarantee does not cover minor, treatable, or temporary conditions such as diarrhea, worms, or kennel cough, as these are common and easily managed in young puppies adjusting to new environments.

3. One-Year Genetic Health Guarantee

We provide a one-year guarantee against life-threatening hereditary or congenital defects that could severely affect your puppy’s quality of life.

If a licensed veterinarian diagnoses your puppy with a serious genetic disorder (such as severe hip dysplasia, heart defects, or organ failure) within the first year, we will:

• Offer a replacement puppy, or

• Refund up to 50% of the purchase price (with verified documentation).

This guarantee applies only if the condition is determined to be hereditary and not caused by injury, neglect, or poor diet.

4. Owner Responsibilities

To maintain this health guarantee, the buyer must:

• Schedule a vet exam within 72 hours of receiving the puppy.

• Keep up with all recommended vaccinations and parasite prevention.

• Provide a safe, loving, and healthy home environment.

• Feed the puppy a high-quality diet appropriate for large breeds.

Failure to follow these steps may void the health guarantee.

5. Exclusions

The following are not covered under this guarantee:
