We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on all puppies purchased from Healthy Saint Bernard Pups.
If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your puppy within the first 30 days of adoption, you may return the puppy for a full refund, provided the conditions outlined below are met.

2. Conditions for Guarantee

To qualify for the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, the following requirements must be met:

Licensed Veterinary Exam

Your puppy must be examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of adoption. Proof of this examination is required to maintain eligibility.

Return Notification

If you choose to return your puppy, you must notify us within 30 days of adoption to begin the return process.

Puppy Condition

The puppy must be returned in the same health and physical condition as received — free from injuries, untreated illnesses, or issues caused by negligence while in your care.

3. Refund Process

Once the puppy is returned, the following steps will be taken:

We will conduct a full health inspection to ensure the puppy is in good condition and meets the return criteria.

Refund Issuance

4. Exclusions

The Money-Back Guarantee does not apply to:

Neglect, Injury, or Abuse
